The result was excellent when you compare the price and quality ratio. However, what was a great let down was the delivery time! I would have given high recommendations otherwise. But it just toke so long time to have the presentation ready. We started the process on January 23rd and now it is February 21st. The promised deadline is 20 days late. When rating the supplier, I try to take into consideration the fact that I also had some revisions and wanted to alter something from the result that he produced. We had 3 reviews and of which two were reminding to correct the issues in the first revision...meaning I didn't add much new stuff or complex stuff to the project at hand.

yes it took time but to be honest it seemed like either you are developing for third person and communication was not very efficient.
