With my background and experience in investment banking, I was tasked with building presentations for clients for a number of their needs: IPO, private fundraising, M&A, divesting, and regular capital raises.With that job, I was responsible for over $3bn dollars worth of deals and had another +$2bn in the pipeline before I left to join a startup.
On my own time, I have personally helped companies raise over $3M in friends & family and angel investment rounds.
