A Due Diligence is a report that aims to know the real value of a company at a certain time and based on possible future scenarios.
A Due Diligence report contains a presentation of the company in addition to all the economic, financial information necessary for an evaluation of it by investors, businessmen or banks.
A Due Diligence report always includes at least a summary of the sales of the last 3 financial years, a summary of the assets of the company and a projected cash flow, which will allow calculating the future value of the business (Good-Will) and finally the overall value of the business.
