It was an unbelievably bad experience. I ended up doing the project myself after multiple attempts to get it fixed. Two examples: the seller said that the speaker icons on each slide could not be removed. I googled the instructions, corrected it, and forwarded the instructions to the seller. The said they would fix it even though i said i already corrected it. The audio on slide one started to replay itself before switching to slide 2. The seller said it was doing the 'on their end' but i then discovered that the 'Loop until Stopped' box was checked. I unchecked it and it fixed the problem. The same problem HAD to be the same on their end. More problems but out of space. Terrible!
